The Process Is Simple

Step 1

Review the reservation agreement and make sure to sign page 7. 

Step 2

We will need a copy of all parties Driver’s License listed in the Reservation Agreement.

Step 3

Fill out W-9 for all parties in the Reservation Agreement. One name per W-9. (2 included in the document)

Step 4

$5,000 Earnest Money Deposit that can be a check or wire and made out to Byrd Campbell, P.A.

Step 5

Submit to Candace Hecht at the Portofino Office by drop off or mail.
